The Dairy Details

The Dairy sleeps up to 8 guests over 4 bedrooms.

The ground floor comprises of :

1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and a full bathroom with a step in shower enclosure.

You will find a home from home fully fitted kitchen, including hob, oven, microwave, family size fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, & tumble dryer.

The living room has a smart TV and large sofas and a family dinning table, along with patio doors leading out onto the garden.

The staircase leading to the 1st floor comprises of:

Hallway to a a full bathroom with bath and towel rail. Please note a hose is provided over the bath.

1 double bedroom.

1 Bunk bed room.

Outside is a large enclosed garden complete with decked patio table and chairs. We have a BBQ stand for your use and we supply 1 large disposable BBQ for you during the summer season.

A few extras in the under stairs cupboard you'll find an ironing board and iron, hairdryer, a highchair, laundry basket, vacuum cleaner, cleaning supplies.

We provide bed linen and towels, washing up items, hand soap to bathrooms and couple of toilet rolls per bathroom. We do not provide any type of personal toiletries.

The Dairy has parking up to 3 cars, wi- fi, no charge for up to 3 dogs.

Departure day Check out by 10.00am

We do have a few house rules.

WE NOT NOT ALLOW THE USE OF ANY FORM OF ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING FROM THE PROPERTY.

STRICKTLY NO SMOKING/VAPING INSIDE THE COTTAGE OR OUT OF DOORWAYS/WINDOWS, PLEASE USE THE PATIO AREA WHERE AN ASHTRAY IS PROVIDED.

PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR DOG UNATTENDED IN THE COTTAGE FOR LONG PERIODS, MAX 4-5 HRS AND IF YOU BROUGHT YOUR OWN THROWS FOR FURNITURE ETC THAT WOULD BE APPRECIATED. DOGS MUST BE KEPT ON A LEAD OUTSIDE OF THE COTTAGE GARDEN.

NO STAG, HEN PARTIES OR SIMILAR EVENTS.

QUIET HOURS ARE 11.00PM UNTIL 6.00AM.
